Bored Blog 9: Happy Monday

Hey!

Yesterday my dad and I took our gecko, Mochi to the vet. I wasn't able to edit at all.

When we had dinner, my sister and I got to watch the scary film Annabelle: Creation. It took me a while to figure out that the film is a prequel to the Conjuring series. While we watched it, I was surprised how quick the evil spirit started showing off its stuff when the new people came into the house.

As my sister and I watched it, there were a lot of moments where the characters were being stupid by going towards the weird noises. My sister kept saying she'd wake me up if anything weird like that happened. And I said, "I'd tell you to deal with it yourself,' and try to go back to sleep." Though I know my sister wouldn't let me go back to sleep. She'd keep bugging me until I did something like close the door and say, "There, that should slow it down from getting in here," then climb back into bed while ignoring her squeals of worry. ( ゜▽ ゜)

When the movie ended, I needed to give Mochi his antibiotics. The vet gave me these tiny syringes to put into his mouth. I asked my sis to hold him while I did the doctor looking stuff.

Usually I forget instructions people tell me, but I was able to remember what the lady told me to do.

After that we wanted to watch something happy because you can't end the night with a horror film. Also, our bro sleeps in the living room. He usually kicks us out somewhat early so he can go to sleep...but right now...he's on a business trip! So, no curfew for us!

We watched that show Pride and Prejudice. The old one...or they didn't come out with a new one right? Eh¯\(°_o)/¯

I've seen clips of the episodes and it always looks sooooooooooooooooooo boring. All they do is talk, talk, talk, dance, talk, talk, eat, talk, go to a ball, talk and you get the idea. My sister read the book and had already watched the show, so she didn't mind whenever I had a dumb question or talked during the show. We spent the time kind of teasing the characters, talked about how bad the hair styles were and the clothes, and that the love interests weren't that cute. They could have done worse, but they could have done better lol.

Watching a horror movie and then watching a historic show got some film ideas running through my head. Who knows if I'll use them, but I'll be playing around with them for now.

I do want to do a horror movie one day. I have this really good one that I think my sister would want to help with. I'd say more, but it's a secret for now...Though there might be some kind of British humor.

This morning I didn't want to do anything. I thought maybe taking a longer break from editing...some hours passed and then I got bored. So I went back to work.

If I didn't have projects I don't know what I'd do with myself. Having no purpose for anything is not a place I ever want to go back to.

So I spent the rest of today editing. I have five more interviews to edit! I'm almost there.
